Advisory
We organize research and advice around a client's particular question, drawing on contributors from the disciplines most relevant to the matter. Our work focuses on three areas.
Strategic Intelligence
Focused research into a business question, prospective counterparty, or emerging development. We bring together relevant evidence, test assumptions, and identify the implications for a particular decision.
Work may include a decision brief, counterparty assessment, or market overview.
Geopolitical and Regulatory Analysis
Analysis of political developments, regulatory change, and jurisdictional conditions affecting a client's interests. We examine relevant scenarios, sources of uncertainty, and questions requiring specialist advice.
Work may include a jurisdiction comparison, regulatory developments brief, or scenario assessment.
Stakeholder and Reputational Assessment
Research into the people, institutions, and interests surrounding a sensitive decision. We examine relationships, competing incentives, and potential reputational exposure.
Work may include a stakeholder map, reputational assessment, or briefing on a sensitive situation.
What we do not provide
Trudy Group does not provide legal or tax advice, manage investments, hold client assets, or broker transactions. Where a matter requires these, we work alongside the client's existing advisers.
